Rules & Regulations

General Rules

• Every student must come to school neat, clean, and in proper uniform every day
• Students must carry their School Diary/Almanac to school every day without fail
• Punctuality is a virtue — all students must arrive before the first bell
• Students must show respect and courtesy towards teachers, staff, and fellow students
• The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside school premises
• Any form of bullying, fighting, or misbehaviour will not be tolerated and will result in strict action
• Students must take good care of school property. Damage will be recovered from the student concerned
• Littering on the school campus is strictly prohibited. Keep the school clean

Attendance & Punctuality

• Regular attendance is compulsory for all students
• A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in examinations
• In case of absence, a written leave application signed by parent/guardian must be submitted on return
• Students who are late to school will be marked late and may not enter class without permission
• Leaving school early without written permission and Principal's approval is strictly not allowed

Academic Rules

• Students must complete all homework and assignments on time
• All books, notebooks, and stationery must be brought as per the daily timetable
• Students must maintain silence and discipline in the classroom during teaching hours
• Cheating or copying during tests and examinations is a serious offence and will result in strict action
• Students must actively participate in class discussions, projects, and activities assigned by teachers

Uniform Rules

• Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory on all working days
• Shoes must be clean and polished every day
• Hair must be neat and tidy — boys must have short hair; girls must tie their hair properly
• Wearing of jewellery, fancy accessories, or nail polish is not permitted in school
• On special occasions, students will be informed in advance about the dress code

Classroom & Campus Conduct

• Students must stand up and greet whenever a teacher enters the classroom
• Running, shouting, or making noise in classrooms, corridors, and the library is not allowed
• Students must take care of their belongings. The school is not responsible for lost items
• Students are not allowed to leave the classroom without the teacher's permission
• The library, laboratory, and computer room must be used with full responsibility and care

Parent & Guardian Guidelines

• Parents must attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and stay informed about their child's progress
• Any change in address or contact number must be communicated to the school office immediately
• Parents are requested not to meet students during school hours without prior permission from the Principal
• All fees must be paid on time as per the installment schedule given by the school
• Parents are requested to go through the School Diary regularly and sign it as required
